Wholesale business
We provide lease and other various finance solutions to major corporate customers who are customer base of our shareholders, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and Panasonic.
We make proposals to customers to solve their business issues and achieve their financial strategies by utilizing know-how and techniques in different areas of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank Group and Panasonic Group.
Vendor lease business
Through manufactures/vendors selling communication devices, office devices, etc., we provide financial support to customers introducing these devices.
We support sales activities of our partner retailers through the solid web infrastructure by providing manufactures/vendors with the web-service "Direct Partner" dedicated to partner retailers to fully support procedures from application of screening to contract.
Panasonic Shop business（Credit）
We issue the dedicated credit card "Pana card" to community-based electric appliance shops (Panasonic-affiliated shops) located across Japan to provide financial support through credit/ installments for customers to purchase electric appliances.
Retail Finance business
We provide financial support for various plans of home renovation to create comfortable living environment through customers of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and Panasonic Group renovation companies, and housing suppliers of major construction companies.
We provide "Living Partner" service to complete procedures from application to contract on the web to enhance the convenience for customers.
