Operating lease
Lease contract to keep monthly lease fees low by the following way: If the value can be expected for the used article at the expiration of leasing, future value of the article is estimated as the residual value, and the residual value is deducted from the purchase price. Since the residual value is set, total payment for the lease fee is smaller than finance lease.

Sale & lease back
Sale & lease back is a lease contract under which your machine or equipment is sold to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Panasonic Finance Co., Ltd. and immediately after that the article we purchased is leased to you. The advantage of this contract is reducing troublesome of clerical procedures and saving the fund.

Rent-to-own lease
The lease contract under which "purchase of the leased article" or "renewal of the lease contract" can be selected at the expiration of leasing. Since the lease fee is calculated based on the price for the leased article to be purchased as residual value, the leased article can be used at the lower lease fee than ordinary finance lease.

Installment sale
Contract under which Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Panasonic Finance Co., Ltd. purchases machines/equipment, etc. you want to use and you make installment payment for the price of the article in the same way as lease. After the completion of the installment payment, the ownership of the article is transferred to you. (The ownership right is retained until the completion of the payment.)
